FSI Seeks Member Input on Social Network Account Privacy Act

The Social Networking Online Protection Act (H.R. 5050) has been referred to the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. No further action has been scheduled at this time. FSI continues to discuss with Congressional offices the potential unintended consequences this bill could impose if passed and signed into law.
