• FSI War Chest

    The Financial Services Institute (FSI) established the War Chest in 2011 as a special fund dedicated to advancing the organization's advocacy priorities. The War Chest is funded through the contributions of FSI members, sponsors and other interested parties, providing FSI’s advocacy team access to crucial resources for one-time legislative and regulatory fights.

    War Chest expenditures may include, but are not limited to:

    •  Legal research and writing;
    • Economic, demographic or other research;
    • Lobbying strategy and support;
    • Public or media relations support;
    • Crisis communications;
    • Issue oriented advertising; and
    • Contributions to coalitions of organizations supporting advocacy positions in harmony with those of FSI.

    For questions about the FSI War Chest, please contact David Bellaire, FSI’s General Counsel & Director of Government Affairs, at 770 980-8488 or david.bellaire@financialservices.org.
